At Biotope, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Live aquarium plants
• Live fish or shrimp
• Opened water treatments or fertilizers
• Custom-built aquariums and cabinets
• Products damaged due to improper use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
