Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Biotope reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected curve and are subject to change without notice.

Orders must be paid according to the payment methods available at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping

We deliver through Lebanon. Delivery times are estimates and may several depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Biotope is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-built aquariums, cabinets, and special-order products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for confirming all dimensions and specifications before production starts.

8. Product Use

Customers are responsible for installing and using products according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Biotope is not responsible for damage or livestock loss resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect maintenance
  • Incompatible aquarium conditions
  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to follow recommended care instructions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Biotope and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biotope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
